Leicester City have announced that midfielder Ricardo Perrier has returned to action after recovering from injury.
The Argentine international had been out of action since November, with the club confirming that he underwent surgery on his right knee earlier this year.
However, Perrier has now made his first appearance for the Foxes in almost two months, coming off the bench against Burnley in their Premier League match on Saturday.
The 28-year-old was replaced by James Maddison in the 76th minute and was substituted just minutes later as Leicester were eventually beaten 1-0.
Despite his absence, Perrier's return is a positive development for the team and will be welcomed by fans who have missed him during his recovery period.
