Dusan Vlahovic is one of the most promising young footballers in Europe, and his rise to stardom has been nothing short of remarkable.

Born on September 14, 2000, in Belgrade, Serbia, Vlahovic began his career with hometown club FK Partizan before moving to Atletico Madrid's youth academy at age 15. He made his professional debut for Atletico B in 2017, scoring 18 goals in 30 appearances.

In 2019, Vlahovic signed with Fiorentina from Atletico Madrid for €26 million ($29 million), becoming one of the youngest players ever to sign for a Serie A club. In just one season with Fiorentina, he scored 25 goals in all competitions, including 17 in Serie A.

Vlahovic's success continued in the 2020-21 season, when he broke several records while playing for Fiorentina. He became the first player since Giuseppe Meazza (AC Milan) in 1967 to score 10 goals in consecutive Serie A matches. He also set a new record for the most goals in a single month by a Serie A player, scoring nine times in June alone.

Despite his impressive performances, Vlahovic faced some challenges during his time at Fiorentina. The club struggled financially, and there were rumors that they may have sold him off. However, Fiorentina ultimately stood by Vlahovic, and he was able to finish the season strong, leading them to the playoffs and helping them reach their first UEFA Europa League final since 2007.

As of now, Vlahovic is still only 21 years old, but his potential is clear. With his talent and work ethic, it seems likely that he will continue to make waves in European football for many more seasons to come.
